What is CowCard?
CowCard is a crypto-funded Visa card you create and manage in Telegram. Top up with crypto and pay online or in-store with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What do I need to get a CowCard?
You only need an email address to create your card. Sign up in the CowCard Telegram bot, open the Mini App and top up your crypto wallet. Then use your wallet balance to pay for card issuance and add funds to your card.
What cards are available?
Choose a Standard card in USD or EUR, or a VIP card in USD. All cards support online payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. VIP USD also supports ATM cash withdrawals. EUR VIP is temporarily unavailable.
What fees does CowCard charge?
Standard USD costs 20 USDT to issue, with a top-up fee of 3.8% and no maintenance fee. Standard EUR costs 30 USDT to issue, with a 3.8% top-up fee and no maintenance fee.
VIP USD costs 85 USDT to issue, with a 3.8% top-up fee and a $1 monthly maintenance fee. CowCard charges 0% for card payments. Compare the cards for the terms of each option. Full issuing-bank terms are shown before you create your card.
What are the card limits?
- Standard USD: up to $30,000 per transaction, $200,000 per day and $1,000,000 per month.
- VIP USD: up to $50,000 per transaction, $100,000 per month and $1,000,000 per year.
- Standard EUR: up to €25,000 per transaction and €150,000 per month.

What is the difference between USD and EUR cards?
The cards have different account currencies, issuance costs and limits. Choose the currency you normally spend in: if most of your purchases are in euros, an EUR card lets you pay in EUR without converting from USD. You can compare fees and limits in the cards section above.
Can I add my card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. Every CowCard can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, so you can pay with your phone wherever your chosen wallet is accepted.
Can I withdraw cash?
Yes, with a VIP card. VIP USD supports withdrawals of up to $250 per transaction and $750 per day, with up to three withdrawal attempts in 24 hours. Standard cards do not support cash withdrawals.

Can I transfer money from my card back to my wallet?
Yes. Contact CowCard support on Telegram to request a transfer from your card back to your wallet.

You can pay worldwide, except in the following countries and territories:
